Project Education 365: Learn One New Thing Every Day - Update
So, I realised (and it wasn’t one of my daily learnings!) that posting my knowledge updates once every couple of weeks isn’t good enough, because by the time I do them I’ve forgotten what I learned when. So here’s the last few days:
January 15th:
Salt Lake City, Utah (US) was founded by Mormans in 1847, which means that all the stuff that seems random in the first of Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes books is actually true. Who knew, right?
January 16th:
A Chelsea Grin is the same as a Glasgow Smile, although I’m pretty sure I knew them both as something else before I wikipediad this one. All of it’s pretty unpleasant though.
January 17th:
The whole of “Playing God” on BBC2 from 9.30pm. Nuff said.
